Welcome to Bodhi Logic Mobile Massage! We are so happy you are here.  

Here we outline the Bodhi Logic Mobile Massage booking process. 

First, submit your 'New Client Initial Contact Form'

The initial contact form provides us with your name, email, phone number, address to where the massage will take place, additional instructions for your therapist, lifestyle information and massage goals. We require that you fill out this form first so we have time to research your location in regards to our schedule and the information necessary to contact you. *Remember to hit SAVE prior to closing your browser window. 

Next, visit our 'Calendly' to request a phone call.

Once we have received both your Reservation Request & your 'Calendly' Request, we will then contact you during your selected time slot to confirm a date and time that works for you and answer any questions you may have regarding mobile massage.

Following our phone call, we will send you a link to complete your medical history form and sign our policies and procedures. If any questions arise as your reservation approaches, feel free to contact us via text message and we will be more than happy to respond to you at our earliest convenience. 

*Please note we do require a 48 hour cancellation notice on all reservations. If cancelling within 48 hours of your scheduled reservation you will be required to pay the full amount of the service booked. 

Public Reviews

Positive online reviews are the lifeblood of our practice. So, if you are the reviewing type, we would really appreciate an online review of your mobile massage experience on Google, Yelp, or Facebook.

Anonymous Feedback

In addition to positive reviews, critical feedback can help us become much better massage therapists. So, if you have any advice, suggestions, or critical feedback that you want to share with us regarding our massage that might not be appropriate for a public review, you can email us directly or leave us completely anonymous feedback through our website.
